Emily Coffey is the General Manager Human Resources at Hirepool and a member of the company’s Executive Team. With more than 25 years of HR leadership experience and over a decade with Hirepool, she brings extensive expertise in people strategy, leadership development, organisational change, and employment relations.
Since joining Hirepool in 2013, Emily has played a key role in supporting success of Hirepool by developing strong people practices and building workforce capability across the organisation. She is passionate about helping businesses create high-performing teams and positive workplace cultures.
As a member of the HIANZ Board, Emily brings a strong people and leadership perspective and is committed to supporting the continued growth and sustainability of New Zealand’s hire industry.
Based in Auckland, Emily lives with her husband and has two adult sons. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family.
