The course philosophy is to enable companies to make sensible and cost-effective compliance choices around portable equipment safety. \nHaving your own staff capable of portable electrical appliance testing makes good business sense. This in-house competency ensures greater control over: \n\nPlant availability\nEmployee and contractor safety\nCompliance costs\n\nThis course gives you or your staff the training to undertake testing of Portable Electrical Appliances. The training package is designed to meet the general requirements for competency as defined in the AS/NZS 3760:2010 Standard.
