The dress code for all conference sessions is business casual.

Photography and Videography
By submitting your conference registration, you have given your consent for us to use and store any images or videos that you appear in for promotional purposes by the Organising Committee.
Wifi
Parking
Limited parking is available in the streets surrounding the Viaduct Events Centre. Alternatively there are plenty of parking buildings close by.
Insurance
It is the responsibility of all delegates to organise any personal, medical and travel insurance. HIANZ, and all venues/suppliers working with HIANZ on the conference and associated events, hold no liability.
Program
The program is subject to change and the Organising Committee reserves the right to make modifications at any time.
Transfer of Registrations
If you are no longer able to attend, you can nominate another person to attend in your place as long as you advise us in advance of the conference. Please ensure to have details of the replacement person on hand, including: first name, last name, email address, phone number and any special/dietary requirements. Any registration transfers must be made in writing to the Events Team: events@hianz.net.nz
Social Function Beverage Inclusions
Complimentary beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages will be available throughout the Happy Hour, Party Night and Awards Ceremony.
For attendees wishing to enjoy spirits, these can be purchased directly from the bar at each social function. Please note that all bar purchases are card only, with no cash facilities available.
Cancellations
Any cancellations must be made in writing to the Events Team – events@hianz.net.nz
If notification of cancellation of registration is received in writing prior to Friday 27 June 2026, you will be refunded your registration in full, less an administration fee of $50.00 + GST. Any cancellations after this date are liable for the full conference registration cost.
HIANZ reserves the right to cancel, postpone or change the date of the event in case of government imposed restrictions or circumstances beyond their control. In such a case all monies paid to date will be refunded in full less any expenses incurred. The liability of the organiser’s will be limited to that amount.
Associate Suppliers - Exhibition entrance and non-solicitation Terms & Conditions
The Association greatly appreciates the support provided by Associate Supplier Members in creating a successful conference for all members through their financial commitment to exhibit and sponsor. We ask all members, including associate supplier members who have not taken the opportunity to exhibit, to respect this commitment and support. This means refraining from soliciting business while attending.
Any attempts by suppliers and companies who are not exhibiting to promote their products or services will result in immediate removal from the event and may lead to restrictions on future participation. By attending this event, all participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
