Paul is the South Island Area Manager and a senior member of Kennards Hire NZ, bringing almost three decades of experience within the hire industry and senior leadership roles. Paul has led large teams across multi-branch operations throughout New Zealand and is passionate about developing people, creating positive workplace cultures, and delivering strong results through clear strategy and teamwork.
Paul previously served as a HIANZ Board member from 2016 to 2022, and it is a pleasure to welcome him back to the boardroom, where his broad industry knowledge and experience will again be a valuable contribution.
Paul lives in North Canterbury on a lifestyle block with his wife and two adult children, he can usually be found in his large man cave tinkering with classic race cars, or enjoying hunting, fishing, and camping whenever time allows.
