incident reporting
If a Full Member of HIANZ suffers an incident at a Members place of work, such as a hire centre, then the Incident Support Scheme is available. HIANZ will cover up to 2 hours of professional consultancy and assistance. HIANZ Members may wish to continue the service from OSHBox at their own expense once the initial consultation has lapsed.

Complete the above online membership form and submit this to the Association. All membership with HIANZ requires approval from the Board prior to an invoice being issued. Membership is subject to final approval by the HIANZ Board of Directors.
Please note that the membership period is from 1 April to 31 March. Upon receipt of the membership fee, you are registered as a Member of HIANZ. Membership fees are payable in advance annually (financial year, 01 April to 31 March). Membership will be extended automatically for successive 12-month terms, unless written notice of intent to resign from the HIANZ is received at least 30 days prior to the end of the financial year.
